Last updated: May 19, 2026. These terms explain usage, payment, cancellation, and support rules for Ekavo for Etsy.
Service scope
Ekavo for Etsy is a browser extension and account service for Etsy sellers. It provides order export, ads and sales analysis, AI-assisted reply suggestions, activation sync, and plan quota management.
Users must comply with Etsy, Chrome Web Store, Stripe, and applicable legal requirements. Ekavo is not a replacement for Etsy's official dashboard and cannot guarantee that third-party page structures or platform policies will remain unchanged.
Subscriptions, payment, and cancellation
Current plan pricing is Basic: $9.98/month; Pro: $99.8/month. Payments are processed by Stripe, which may apply taxes or local payment methods depending on region.
Subscriptions renew monthly. Users can manage, upgrade, or cancel in the customer console or Stripe Customer Portal. After cancellation, access normally continues through the paid billing period and then updates according to subscription status.
Refunds and support
If you experience duplicate billing, a clear technical failure, or an accidental purchase, contact Ekavo support. Refunds are reviewed case by case based on usage, payment records, platform fees, and applicable law.
Redeem codes, support compensation, and special access channels may have separate limits and cannot automatically be converted to cash.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for reviewing exported orders, ads, sales data, and AI suggestions before making business decisions. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate, and users should review buyer messages or ad changes before acting.
Users may not abuse scraping, bypass activation, share access tokens, attack the service, upload malicious content, or use Ekavo in a way that violates Etsy or Chrome Web Store policies.
Availability and changes
Ekavo aims to keep the service stable, but third-party platforms, networks, AI providers, payment services, and browser policy changes may affect functionality.
We may update plans, features, prices, or terms. Material changes will be communicated through the website, extension UI, email, or another reasonable channel.
